In Win 3.1/95/98/NT3.51/NT4 _everything_ can be done with keyboard. At
laeast I know no application that is part of these OSes that has
controls inaccessible by keyboard-only. I admit I had trobles with Win2k
WinME management tools. But generally you can do almost everything with
standard 101key keyboard in win (as opposed to, say, GNOME).
