What he is talking about is that those coming to linux
from the windows world, who know the windows default
keystrokes, would like a text editor that they could
just use without having to figure out new keystrokes.
I too like pico, but wish it could be seperated from
pine. It would be nice to have the option of using
windows keystrokes in most editors. That way those
from the unix world could have their familiar strokes
and those from the windows world could also have
theirs. I wonder if it would be crazy to try and have
mandrake create a unified key bindings for all
programs and window managers. Then you could set up
several pre made templates and the ability to
customize, but just once!
