while meat is out, it can produce organisms that can make you very sick. by cooking the meat, we kill the bacteria. If we refreeze meat, the organisms are frozen inside. Then, when we thaw the meat out again, the organisms could be alive. most likely will be alive again. Sometimes, these organisms can make you very ill. or in extreme cases kill a person. I have a friend that bought a large piece of beef. He wants to cut it into small pieces for cooking but we want to know if we can unfreze it to cut it and then refreze it again?
