Easy Peach Cobbler
1 large Can of sliced peaches with heavy syrup, do not drain
1 stick of butter or margarine.
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 C. milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar,
then milk. Stirring well, scraping bottom and sides occasionally.
Do not beat. Stir well, batter may be just a little bit lumpy but that is
alright.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 by 13 pan melt butter or margarine and
let melted butter cover all the bottom and sides, of the pan. Pour batter
evetally over the butter in pan. Then take the large can of sliced peaches
with the syrup included and pour evenly over all the top of the batter.
Place in oven around 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool
and use a scoop or spoon to put into serving dessert dish. Good with
either ice cream on top or cool whip, or even alone! Enjoy

Subject: [CnD] peach cobbler
Hello all I am a new member to the list. My husband loves peach cobbler
with lots of crust. I have searched for recipes for this but most of them
are elaborate. If anyone has a simple recipe for this I would appreciate
it.
Thanks
