When I do oatmeal in the microwave, I put 1 cup of oatmeal and 1-1/2 cups
of water in a large bowl. I microwave for 1 minute. Then I stir. Then I
microwave for 2 minutes. Then it's time to eat breakfast. Lately I've
been putting a half can of pumpkin pie mix into the oatmeal before cooking
and haven't had to change cooking time either. It's one of Dr. Ozz's
weight loss secrets. Lots of nutrition and lots more fiber. The last
time I made oatmeal with the pumpkin in it, I put a half cup of pecans
into it after cooking. That was a good and filling breakfast. On Tue, 6
