Hi Wendy, I have heard that aluminum can be a contributing factor to
Alzheimer's Disease.  I have also heard that there is little to no
scientific validity to this claim.  I guess we all have to choose what
to believe and which scientific studies or theories to credit.  I try
to avoid using foil.  If I do cook in foil, I usually wrap whatever
I'm cooking (or storing) in foil in parchment, if cooking, or waxed
paper, if storing.  Tere's lots of Alzheimer's Disease in my family,
and not consciously using aluminum foil is how I choose to try to
avoid getting it!  (Maybe that's a sign of dimentia already <smile>)
