Hi Lisa, I am in the same state as you except I do have a deep freeze. There is a site on the about.com site that produces weekly news letters for cooking for two. I haven't subscribed to this list but I have found the news letters from this site to be quite informative. Below is the URL for the home page for this cuisine.
