I have a roun spachula and it works just grate. Most stors sell them. It has a nice handle. I find the edge of my pan and if it is an egg I go aunder it very slowly and get under it and lift. If it is meat I make sure by feel that I am under it. I do the same thing than lift slowly too make sure that I am under the meat. Lenore
