I have to admit it was a good old bird. Mine was full IFR, and it was the bird I solo'd and got my license in. In my aviation career, I've been lucky. I've owned three planes, and all three were as sweet as they come. No problems, just fly. The fellow that bought the Colt soon turned it into a tail dragger, put droopy wing tips on her, installed a 150 hp lycoming with a constant speed prop. I'd love to have that now.
