In the sense that if you haven't ridden a bike in years and then hop on your kid's new mountain bike at Christmas, the ambulance may pick you up at the bottom of the driveway. Do yourself a favor and get someone who is coupe-current to go along with you for the first hour or so. It's those stupid little things that get you killed, and they're easy to forget after a couple of years off.
