HD5450 is what I used as well. Which h/w did you use? Also, is there
anything wrong with using PCI PIO?

Oh absolutely. It's just that in the configurations I use (AMD Seattle
and Socionext SynQuacer with GeForce 210 and 710), I haven't seen any
stability issues in quite some time, and I use these systems as
desktop machines all the time.

Between you and me (and everyone else on cc), that GOP driver is in
pretty bad shape tbh. The AMD guys did show up at the plugfest,
though, and were eager to get it fixed.

So yes, I would love to see this improve as well.
