This one runs both our arms race and classic casual server. You can see the
mapgroups with custom maps in them below. Then, on server launch you just use
those for your +mapgroup instead of a default one.

Okay, depending on if you are using sourcemod or not, there are a couple
things that need to be done:
Not using sourcemod:
1) Make sure you open gamemodes_server.txt and create a hierarchy similar to
in gamemodes.txt and set up your cvars by comparing with gamemodes.txt and
copying over and changing where necessary.
2) Down at the bottom, make a new mapgroup and put your map in there.
3) If you have some extra cvars for that map, make a .kv file

Using Sourcemod:
4) Add it to mapcycle.txt
5) Make sure to have sm_cvar mapcyclefile mapcycle.txt in your sourcemod.cfg,
also set it in the mapchooser.cfg
6) Also add sm_cvar sv_downloadurl "URL" and sm_cvar sv_allowdownload 1 and
sm_cvar sv_allowupload 1
7) Make sure the bz2 file for the map is uploaded.
This worked for me, using Sourcemod.
