Plus, Ido has already mentioned they don't like saying there will be
an update if they're not sure they can get it rolled out. I'd imagine
with a game like this that Ido literally did not know that they would
be able to push through the update until 8 minutes prior, and actually
gave as much prior notice as possible. I'd rather a shorter warning
than have a day's notice and then find out it gets delayed after I sat
around all day waiting to update.
