we actually tried disabling it with mp_do_warmup_period 0 and for one round it
seemed to work -- no restarts for an entire map -- but then on map change it
was possible to do it again. I'm not sure if that was a red herring or if we
just got lucky and no one trolled that map. The variable was still set to 0
and we couldn't prevent it, so everyone left.
