Niko,

Valve said they are re-evaluating the 50 server limit, so perhaps they'll
raise it high enough for you to keep all 100 under the same account.  If
they don't, then I think the only solution is to create another Steam
account and buy CS:GO on it, so you can run 50 more servers under the new
account.  It sucks because it costs real money, but I don't see another way.
