And in any conversation outside academia among persons utilizing common
sense, your statement would be an excellent example of pseudo
intellectualism, arrogantly hurled to facilitate your attempt to change the
subject, ignore the facts and promote a particular ideology. I do
appreciate the feedback, it's just so predictable!
Try using your "narrow legalism vs. objective reality" outside a classroom,
say in a courtroom, and see how far it gets you.
