The changes you make will probably be to various configuration files.  
Once you get everything the way you like it, with some extra work,  
you could make a .deb meta-archive which could install the system  
just the way you like it. You could create an apt repository  
somewhere online and getting a Citek-certified(tm) machine would be  
as easy as "apt-get install citek".

Note however that creating an apt package is not for the faint of  
heart. But it may be useful if you trying to get a boot-and-install  
farm going.
