You can create a standard install and then use SystemImager to roll it
out.  This is even less work than kickstart+post-install script
(although you can customize things with scripts during the process). 
One issue with SystemImager in the past is is the hardware is not
similar amongst the system you are installing.  However, with hardware
detection systems like kudzu and discover2, you can do most of the
hardware drive module loading automatically.  The one gotcha is x.org
configuation.
