Hi,

I fully disagree to change the UI here.

The fact that some other software does it in a different way does not 
mean darktable has to adapt. darktable should keep its UI according to 
the systematics modules are applied.

In the end this requires as bit of adaptation from users who learnt it 
the different way around. But that's life whenever you move from one 
system to the other. In the end a software is much better to grasp and 
understand if it is structured in a clear way.
