Yes, it should, *if* those are the "return addresses" (which may be
different from the address(es) in the From: headers).

Yes, since the DELETE action takes priority.
To find out what is happening, you can use the Declude debug mode. To do
this, change the "LOGLEVEL LOW" line in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg to
"LOGLEVEL DEBUG". Then, after one of these E-mails is not deleted, switch
back to "LOGLEVEL LOW". You can then send me the
\IMail\Declude\dec####.log file (as an attachment), and I can see what
Declude is doing.
