I can wait for the next release.
I'll use my kill file in the meantime to block various
***.pm0.net and others like them.

We have identified a problem with the "fromfile" blacklists that are
causing this.  The partial domain matching isn't working properly.  We will
have this fixed in the next release.  In the meantime, you can still use
"@example.com" (instead of "example.com"), but that will only match the
exact domain (IE "@example.com" won't match "@mail.example.com").  I can
send you an interim release if necessary that takes care of this issue.
