Closer investigation found the correct entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\ SubSystems\ The default entry is SharedSection=1024,3072,512. I changed the 512 to 2048 and rebooted the server. Now watching for errors.

The first step here is to go to http://www.declude.com/dq.htm and read the page there, if you haven't already, and see if any of the suggestions there help.
