The timeframes are also not the same. Build system and automation changes
are currently happening and are expected to have a faster pace in the
very near future, all this in a timeframe counted in months (and I can't
stress enough that it's already happening). XUL going away is not even
close to be a fifth done, and has a timeframe in years.
