The Excalibur community does not have, has never had and will never have a back-room policy. The Excalibur PMC does not hold, has never held and will never have back-room discussions. The Excalibur PMC does not make, has never made and will never make back-room decisions.
If you have a problem with the activities or policies of either the Excalibur community or the Excalibur PMC, you are invited -- like everyone else -- to discuss it using *appropriate* wording and through the *appropriate* channels.
