I don't view this as a 100% volunteer issue. This is like the spending of 19.5K and there have been discussions of requesting a match. So with potentially ~$40k going out the door, some measurement of the results is required. If we can't commit to oversight and reporting the results of that expenditure because of the volunteer nature, that will be an issue with the success of the intern program, wouldn't you think?
