Sorry. But this shows again that it is impossible to cover all possible configurations. When even the instruction for one single application have to be available in different versions for the different releases of the sotware :-( > [...] > Willy wrote, > >Daniel : If you have fast connection, why don't you try to download and use > >Cygwin? Given that the key really works, there's no problem in using it for cygwin as well. It it is broken, then you have to upload a new one. You can install cygwin by using the setup.exe provided from http://www.cygwin.com/ (the download-button is above and right to the heading "What's New and How Do I Get it?") ,----[ Quote from cygwin.com ] | Note also that, by default, setup.exe does not install everything. Only | the base cygwin distribution is installed by default. When running | setup.exe, clicking on categories and packages in the package | installation screen will provide you with the ability to control what is | installed or updated. `---- The packages you need are: * - cvs (Category: Devel) * - openssh (Category: Net) * - openssl (Category: Libs) * - patch (Category: Utils) (if you don't inted to use cvs from withing cygwin, you don't need the cvs package and don't need the patch package) ciao Christian -- NP: nichts --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
