Your issue is not the only task for Louis.

You see what this can lead to: Things not being done.

If it's not your own finger that has to be lifted but somebody elses,
then it is not silly.

Sure: If you have someone that can do the change, you can ask the person
directly and don't have to file an issue.
But most of the time, the person is busy and when the change is not done
immediately, the person will forget about it -> circ. vic.
