It seems to me there are resources in Dutch.

In terms of architecture, CoGrOO is similar to Naber's one. I believe the main 
difference is coverage, for now: CoGrOO can check real documents for 
grammatical errors.

Not that I know of...

There do not appear to be any freely available ones of those, either :(
We'll have to look into this.

By the way, does CoGrOO operate in a similar way to Daniel Naber's 
LanguageTool, or is it fundamentally different? I noticed that Daniel's 
thesis is referred to in the article linked from the web page.
