No that dictionary.lst will be removed. But if I had done so right now (with still no dictionary extension being available) all of you would have no more spellchecking/hyphenation/thesaurus. And I thought you'd prefer to still have them functional. Thus until OOo 3.0 they are co-existing. However if a dictionary extension is found that one should get precedence over any other form of provided dictionaries (namely those listed in dictionary.lst).
