Niklas, MM UK told me they don't have anyone in the UK with server knowledge
and I should contact the US (after sending me lame info about how to
download evaluation software correctly!).

Since then I called MM UK on the phone and asked to speak to a sales
manager. Who else would be eager to please a customer in order to get some
sales? Exactly! :-) I spoke to a cheerful lady called Bengta Jordan who
sounded very concerned about the treatment I received and asked me to email
her all the info and she'll raise an internal support request. She mention
Andrew Fisher - not sure who he is?

Anyway, hopefully someone will get back to me soon otherwise I'll have to
take a crash course in BlueDragon.

Cheers,
Gary
