Don't hold your breath.
Most of the support people I have spoken to have known less than me, and I
have ended up solving the problem and explaining it to them.

They released a tech-note on installing multiple instances and working
around the problems with windows services and jvm.config thanks to the
information I gave them, nice of them to give me credit on the tech-note
(NOT), especially seeing as they got it wrong the first timer and I
corrected it for them.

Niklas, MM UK told me they don't have anyone in the UK with server knowledge
and I should contact the US (after sending me lame info about how to
download evaluation software correctly!).

Since then I called MM UK on the phone and asked to speak to a sales
manager. Who else would be eager to please a customer in order to get some
sales? Exactly! :-) I spoke to a cheerful lady called Bengta Jordan who
sounded very concerned about the treatment I received and asked me to email
her all the info and she'll raise an internal support request. She mention
Andrew Fisher - not sure who he is?

Anyway, hopefully someone will get back to me soon otherwise I'll have to
take a crash course in BlueDragon.

Cheers,
Gary
