As this is an installation issue, support is free, so you don't need to
worry about the $500. As an aside, I hope you don't mind but I've passed on
your name/email to Andrew Robinson of Macromedia UK so as to get this
escalated for you.

I can also provide you with his contact details if you want to ping me
