Sure, I can take the lead on this especially as I need to work on the board report and send our report by the 10th. We just need the PMC members for the draft resolution and I strongly feel that this shouldn't be an opt-in as people might miss this email. They shouldn't come back to find they missed adding themselves here and be in a weird position. If at all, we can at the very least auto opt-in for everyone who's been active in the last 3 years. What does everyone else think?
