My company's community server already offers some service to OOo
localizers. Provided that this gets accepted by the MP leads (you and
John) and perhaps the CC, I can try to set up something. See:

What we need would be an upload script, where people can upload files,
and some interface where people can download what has been uploaded.
It's only a temporary holder, so after a while, files can be purged
automatically (or get uploaded onto Documents&Files).
Would that fit everyones needs?
