Hi all, Thanks for the responses and concerns. I see that most would rather have an opt-out process and be included as an initial member by default. I will post the proposed resolution in the Github issue[1] that includes all PPMC by default. If anyone would like to opt-out of being appointed as an initial member, please discuss here or on the issue. Looking forward to having a community vote soon and having all your support as PPMC. :) Regards, Joe references: [1] https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/20984 On Thu, Apr 21, 2022 at 4:50 PM <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: On the same boat here. - Joe: Do you mind sharing the Apache guideline we follow to enforce: "I'd like to request all PPMC that would like to be included as an initial member in the resolution to please respond on this thread within the next 72 hours so we can finalize the resolution." I believe typically all PPMC are appointed to be initial members of the graduated top-level project. We have a large number (50) of PPMC and I believe not all PPMC are still active and may have no interest in being a member of the newly graduated project. I'd like to request all PPMC that would like to be included as an initial member in the resolution to please respond on this thread within the next 72 hours so we can finalize the resolution.
