No, they didn't. Actually they changed the license from BSD to Apache, so NuttX was BSD and couldn't incorporate the changes.
Now NuttX is Apache, but we don't bring back their modifications because their Apache files have BSD license just below the Apache text. Only a lawyer can say if it is fine or not to bring back their improvements, but I think there are not many things we can use, maybe just their SmartFS journaling support.
