How about making it easier to file bugs/suggestions?
Safari has a "Report Bug" toolbar item, and I've seen other apps with
"Report a bug" and/or "make a suggestion" items in the menus.
Entering text into a dialog is much easier than using Bugzilla. There
could be a field for the user's (optional) email address, too.

functionality. Even so, it might be worth discussing whether or not
there are other things we could do differently to get more
