Safari has a "Report Bug" toolbar item, and I've seen other apps with
"Report a bug" and/or "make a suggestion" items in the menus.
Entering text into a dialog is much easier than using Bugzilla. There
could be a field for the user's (optional) email address, too.
Jeffrey actually mentioned at the Apps meeting he was thinking about
writing a parcel to collect data from users. I think he had something
like a survey parcel rather than a bug report parcel in mind but there's
certainly some commonality between the 2 ideas.
May be you guys should team up next week at the sprint and hack
something along those lines?
