1. If you click into the cell, you are entering percentages, i.e. 12.85 will be 12.85%. 2. If you DOUBLE CLICK into the cell, you are entering raw numbers, i.e. 12.85 will be 1285%. Thus this functions as designs and I have closed the issue as Invalid.
