I just saw this bug occur this morning, with a mailing-list message from
samba.org.  According to Jeff Chan at surbl.org, samba.org has been permanently
white-listed "for months".  I'm running 3.0.2, so I think it's safe to say that
it's still a problem.  

It's worth noting that I'm running spamassassin from exim using exiscan on
Debian, too.  Perhaps that's significant?

Here's the headers of the message that triggered the false positive.  Note that
there's two sets of sa headers here -- the X-Spam set in the middle is from
samba.org's spamassassin v2.64.  The X-Spam-Projectile header at the very bottom
is from my own spamassassin v3.0.2:
