I'm not sure what the question is. A/ release out of the 1.6 branch B/ release out of the 1.5.2 branch
1/ call the release 1.6 2/ call the release 1.5.2 I immediate preference is A1. Although I haven't looked at the changes in the 1.6 branch over the 1.5.2 branch so I may be persuaded that it should be the case that it is A2 (although A1 sounds clearer to me given that we already have a 1.5.2 branch). If it were A2 then any future release out of the 1.5.2 branch (if anyone every asks for one) would have to be called something else, 1.5.1.1 for example. Simon
