I am not exactly certain how the choice is going to take place, perhaps Louis has some ideas? Perhaps a simple vote in the mailing list is all that we need, perhaps not, I will leave that up to the authorities (Kay and Louis).

Kay and I will go over that but whatever method chosen will be fair.
Louis--I guess I was thinking we would submit the lot (the 3 of them) to Project Leads for consideration and go from there. We would of course tell them in the Announcement that these are not to be viewed as totally complete projects at this point, but basically, which one should be persued. Yes?
