Yes, the PLs will vote on it but Website people actually have a lot of say in this: the website critiques will carry a lot of weight. Also Kay and I are PLs. I want a public list too so that the creators can present and discuss their creations (and adjust as needed). There are, in toto, uhm, 75 or so PLs (I have not counted lately).
