They "go from there" and discuss content and other things. No substantively new proposals are allowed, only modifications on those present by 28 January. Discussions should probably be on a list set aside for this purpose to which all have access. (I can just cut and paste subscribers to PLs to the new list.) The PLs then vote 14-15 February on the public list--public voting.
So the decision is made by the project leads: the web site project people don't have a vote at all? This is defensible, but I just want to be clear that it's what's happening. How many project leads are there?
Meanwhile, we should have a staging server during this process so we can test out the ideas.
This excellent, and will keep things rolling forwards with examples.
