So the decision is made by the project leads: the web site project people don't have a vote at all? This is defensible, but I just want to be clear that it's what's happening. How many project leads are there?


Meanwhile, we should have a staging server during this process so we can
test out the ideas.

This excellent, and will keep things rolling forwards with examples.
