Problem however is that it only seems to look at the browser language, not the 'primary language' setting of the browser... So if you have a browser in Dutch for example, you should get an additional link pointing you to the Dutch downloads.... but not when you browsing in English... on the other hand, if you understand English well enough to browse in that language you'll probably also capable of finding the link to the downloads...

A search for 'content negotiation languages" turns up a lot of good links, including this one from the W3C:
