I'm back.  Thanks to everyone who kept testing and voting while I was out.

At this point, the tally is:

2 +1 (binding)
5 +1 (non-binding)

Can we please get one more PMC member to try the release candidate and
cast a vote?  (Camille, thank you for your testing and investigation of
the test failures you saw.  I understand the choice to abstain.)
