The hooks. Obviously we don't need a hack for the taglib-part, because taglib is a project. But, the hooks are needed to make sure these kind of things are not to be implemented in taglib itself (just to get the function stuff working) because that would be really ugly. So, we offered this configuration and adinistration part (a functions 'framework') more genericly. But is is true that I don't want to spoil taglib, so we need this to actually finish these function-tags.
