I support the initiative, but as it stands no clear picture is provided of what is actually proposed. Basically you're asking for a carte-blanche, and that requires a project instead of a hack-vote. I'm willing to reconsider if a new proposal is made, outlining in more detail what modifications are proposed - e.g. at API level.
