freenet:DBR at TdC~TRQouEmAs7pa41omKFXF1v0QAgE[,increment[,baseline]]/wumpus

freenet:SSK at TdC~TRQouEmAs7pa41omKFXF1v0QAgE//#[increment[,baseline]]-wumpus

Overloading "//" is a bad idea (a single slash might be better). IMHO
keeping base64-encoded data out of the documentname field is a very good
thing, so I'm in favor of the DBR@ format.

For example:

freenet:DBR at TdC~TRQouEmAs7pa41omKFXF1v0QAgE,Qa4w2X,4Fhw9l/wumpus

freenet:SSK at TdC~TRQouEmAs7pa41omKFXF1v0QAgE//#Qa4w2X,4Fhw9l-wumpus

If you wanted your site to update at, say, 8AM local time as opposed to
midnight UTC every day.
