For the moment I put them on xwiki-contrib, in a "retired" repository.

For the future, I agree that an xwiki-attic organization would be 
better; still, I prefer to leave things as they are for the moment, 
until we find something else to put there (old XWiki Workspaces, old 
XWatch).
